RE~OLUTION NO. 55-13 ACCEPTING GRANT <br />OF PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ ETHEL L. McGRATH, a widow, has presented to the City <br />Council a grant deed, dated November 30, 1954, conveying property in the <br />City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over the Northerly 17 feet <br />of the following described property: <br /> <br /> The West 120 feet of the North 128 feet of Lot "A" of <br />"Menges and Crooks Sub. of G. B.
