P~SOLUTION NO. 5~-16 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED OF <br />PROPERTY FOR ST~T PURPOSES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LOUISE AUBEEY, as her separate property, has presented to <br />the City Council a grant deed, dated January ll, 1955, conveying property <br />in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described <br />as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes: <br />The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property: <br /> <br /> The South half of the West half of Lot 3 of a part of Lots 3 <br />and 5 of McFadden-Wilson Tract, in the City of Santa Ana, County <br />of Orange, State of California, as shown on a m~p thereof recorded <br />in Book l, page 54, Record of Surveys, in the office of the County <br />Recorder of said Orange County. <br /> <br /> Also, a right of way over a strip of land 4 feet in width, the <br />South Line of which is on the South Line of the North half of the <br />West half of said Lot 3 for a private driveway. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts <br />said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed <br />to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at <br />its regular meeting held on the 17th day of January , 1955. <br /> <br />CLERK OF T~ coUNcIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- <br />duced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the l?th day of <br /> January , 1955, and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted <br />by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCIIA~N: <br /> <br />NOES, COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />William Jerome, J.
