In Re Award~of bid Const. culvert' Delhi Rd. & So. Flower St. curb and the curb painted red for no parsing, in the 1400 block South Main Street. On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Mandy and carried, communication was received, filed and recommendation approved. . On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Mandy and carried, the bid of E.S. & N. S. Johnson, in the amount of $9995.00, was accepted covering the construction of reinforced concret culvert and outlet transition channel at Delhi Road and South Flower Street.
