In Re :Request S.A.City IEmployees On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Reed and carried, each member of the City Council was requested to contact his Departmen~ Head and secure in£ormation as to ntunber of additional employees In Re Request 90-mtn.park.zone Kleen-Line Corp. required to place City employees on a 40-hour week. On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, request of Kleen-Line Corp. for a 20-minute parking ~ ne at 2050 So. Main St., was referred back to City Engineer as Resolution In Re Employment Water Attorney and request did not coincide. A motion was made by Trustee Reed, seconded by Mandy that S.B.l~obinson be employed as a Water Attorney at $150.00 per day not to exceed the period of two weeks. Trustee Chandler question if Water Attorney had been hired before vote was taken and On what date his salary is to begin. Trustee Reed stated he In Re Award of bid Const. sewer Washingto~ & Pacific; 17th & Bristol, etc. recommended the employment. Motion carried. On recommendation of the committee, and on motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the bid of Pernel Barnett, in the amodnt of $15,410.39, ~s accepted for the construction of a sanitary sewer from Washington Ave. and Pacific Ave. to Seventeentl St. and Bristol St., and on Pacific Ave. from First St. to Sixth lin Re IReques~ oy Russell Conc.approach) Street. On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Reed and carried, request of Roy Russell for permission to construct a concrete approach 34 ft. wide to the garage under construction at 1314 N. English n Re Escrow Instructions J.E. Pr~ntice property (park purposes) St., was referred to City Engineer for investigation. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Mandy and carried, the Mayor was authorized to execute amended escrow instructions on corrected description of J.E. Prentice property, for park purposes In Re Traffic signals 6th & Main Sts. and new deed to be prepared for execution and acceptance. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Mandy and carried, the City Engineer was authorized to petition the State Highway Commission for permission to install traffic signals at 6th and In Re Approval Gas Tax Funds Main Streets. On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Chandler and carried, allocation of gas tax funds, as submitted by the City Engineer, was approved.
