RESOLUTION NO. 55-18 AUTHORIZING E~ECUTION OF A <br />IEASE TO '£~ UN~','m- STATES OF AMERICA LETTING T~E <br />MESS HALL BUT~nING, NL~4B~aU T-9, FOR A ~IOD OF <br />FIVE AND ONE-H~I~ YEABS TO HOUSE THE C~3.r~0RNIA <br />~ NATIONAL GUARD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties hereto that a <br />building be provided to house the California Air National Guard during <br />the next five years. <br /> <br /> NOW, TNEEEFOEE, BE IT ~ESOLVED: That the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Aha approved the lease running for a period of five and one-half <br />years from January l, 1955, of that certain building known and numbered as <br />T-9, and that real property upon which said building is located in the City <br />of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point 471.02 feet East of the Northwest corner <br /> of Lot 12 of Gildw~cher's Addition to the town of Santa Aha, <br /> California, as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 23, at <br /> P~ge 37, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; <br /> thence North 0° - 09' - 25" East 180.27 feet; thence East 70.95 <br /> feet; thence South 0° 09' 25" West 180.27 feet; thence West <br /> 70.95 feet to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />and authorize the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council to execute said lease <br />for and on behalf of the City of Santa Aha. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOFE~D by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at <br /> <br />its regular meeting held on the .1..Tth day of Januar~ ..... , 1955. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> CLERK OF TNE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR/ <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFOttNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF 0BANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, E/tMA B,:~,~, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- <br />duced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of <br /> Januar~ , 1955, and was at said meeting regular y-I~ssed and <br />adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />NOES, <br /> <br />COUNCII~N: William Jerome, J.
