RESOLUTION NO. 55-23 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED OF PROPERTY <br />FOR STREET PURPOSES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GEORGE E. HASENYAGER and FRIEDA A. HASENYAGER, husband and <br />wife, have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated August 3, 1954, <br />conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of <br />California, described as: <br /> <br />The East 175.00 feet of the following described parcel of land: <br /> <br /> A strip of land 60.00 feet in width, being 30.00 feet on each <br />side of the following described center line: Beginning at the point <br />of beginning of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the City of <br />Santa Aha by deed recorded December 10, 19~5 in Book 1370, Page 2~8, <br />Official Records of Orange County, California, said point of begin- <br />ning being the intersection of the center line of Sixth Street with <br />the Easterly line of Terminal Street; running from said point of be- <br />ginning Easterly in a straight line to the center line of Sixth <br />Street as shown on Tract 344, recorded in Book 15, Page 5, Miscel- <br />laneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> Subject to convenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations <br />and rights of way of record. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said <br />deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be <br />recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED ANDADOP'£muby the City Council of the City of Santa Anaat its <br />regular meeting held on the 7th day of Februar~ , 1955. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> CL~K OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, EBMA k~LRR, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced to <br />said Council at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of Februar~ , <br />1955, and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCLI/4EN: William Jerome, Jo Lo McBride, Thomas Fo Larsen, <br /> Milford W.
