CHRISTESON has presented to the City Council a <br />grant deed, dated December 27, 1954, conveying property in the City of <br />Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point which bears North 89° 52' 50" West 155.00 <br /> feet from a point on the center line of Bristol Street, said center <br /> line being the East line of Section 2, Township 5 South, Range lO <br /> West, San Bernardino Base & Meridian, 2201.32 feet Southerly from <br /> the intersection of the center line of Bristol Street with the center <br /> line of Memory Lane, said intersection being the Northeast corner of <br /> said Section 2, said point of beginning being the Northwest corner of <br /> that certain 20' wide alley which extends from Santa Clara Avenue to <br /> the North line of Tract No. 2061 as per map thereof recorded in Misc. <br /> Map Book 57, at pages 27, 28 and 29, records of Orange County, State of <br /> California~ running thence North 0° 47' 40" East 146.00 feet along <br /> the East line of Lots 70 and 71 in Tract No. 1608 as per map thereof, <br /> recorded in Misc.
