CHRISTESON has presented to the City Council a <br />grant deed, dated December 27, 195h, conveying property in the City of <br />Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> The easterly 40', except that previously dedicated for Bristol <br />Street of the following described property: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point in the center line of Bristol Street, <br />said center line being the East line of Section 2, Township 5 <br />South, Rauge l0 West, San Bernardino Base &Meridian, 1972.32 <br />feet Southerly from the intersection of the center line of Bristol <br />Street with the center line of Memory Lane, said intersection be- <br />i~ the Northeast corner of said Section 2; running thence north <br /> 52' 50" West 175.00 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 71 in <br />Tract No. 1608 as per map thereof recorded in Misc.
