<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, each
<br />DePart~men~ Head shall furnish a complete inventory of all Cl$y
<br />equipment and supplies in their department and furnish same to
<br />~he Purchasing Agent; such inventory to be completed within
<br />
<br />fifteen days.
<br />.
<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried,
<br />the City Attorney was instructed to furnish a clarification of
<br />Ordinance No. 1227 and advise what authority Council may exercie
<br />in approving or disapproving tentative subdivision maps of'new
<br />
<br />tracts as submitted by the Planning Commission.

<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Martin and carried,
<br />the City Council adjourned to Friday, January 20th, 1950, at
<br />4:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers.
