<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried,
<br />Resolution from City of Anaheim authorizing employment of legal
<br />counsel to clear title of property owned by member cities of the
<br />
<br /> Joint 0utfall Sewer Agreement, was received and filed.

<br /> On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried,
<br /> Resolution No. 1730 from City of Anaheim and Resolution No. 163
<br /> from La }{abra Sanitary District, authorizing award of contract to
<br /> Koebig and Koebig for engineering services in designing a digeste~
<br /> fruit, at site of the present sewage~treatment plant, were received
<br /> and filed.

<br /> following Ordinance entitled:
