On motion of Trustee chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, the report of Diehl & Company covering ~he period ending Sept. 30, 1949 and statement of condition of funds as of Sept. 30, 1949, were received and filed. # On motion of Trustee Ch--diet, seconded by Cheney and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved that a por- tion of South Broadway which angles over to and Joins South Main Street be named "Broadway Place", and that that portion of South Broadway which is practically parallel to South Main Street and lying south of Anahurst Place be known as South Broadway. # On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Martin and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved that a variance be granted to Arthur P. and Bernice D. Hendersen to make ~wo lots out of the lot at the northwest corner of Oxford Street and Orange Avenue and the rear 50 feet of the lot adjoining on'the north, and to erect a residence on each lot, and to permit a front yard of the most westerly of the proposed lots to be not less than 25 feet, and variance granted. .
