RESOLUTION NO. 55-29 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEi%EAS, LAURA CROW'ELL and EVERETT R. CROWELL, have presented to the <br />City Council a grant deed, dated January 24j 1955, in consideration of pay- <br />ment of $992.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over the easterly l0 feet of <br />Lot i in Block ~'C" of Goldsmith's Addition to the Town of Santa <br />as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 31, page 23 of Miscel- <br />laneous Records of Los Angeles County~ California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said <br />deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be <br />recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED ~ ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the ...7th day of .
