RESOLUTION NO. ~-hl ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> W~REAS~ PHOEBE PEACOCK~ who acquired title as Phoebe Simpson~ wife <br />of J. P. Peacock~ as to an undivided 1/2 interest~ and J. P.
