RESOLUTION NO. ~5-[~3 AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br />AND DELIVERING O~ DEED CONVEYING CITY-O'gNED PROPERTY <br /> <br /> W.~E.~EAS, heretofore, on February 7~ 1955, the hour set for the sale <br /> <br />of certain real property owned by tl~ Ci%~ of Santa ~a, Duncan W. Langton <br />was high b~dder and the property hereinbelow described was sold to him for <br />an amount of $1,760.00; <br /> <br /> NOW~ TB~P~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana hereby accepts and approves the offer of Duncan W.
