APPROVED: City Council met in regular session. Meeting called to order by Mayor Hoffman. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the City Council adJourned.~ /~~ Present: Trustees: Dale~G..Deckert, W.Eugene Dixon, Otto R. Haan, W.J. Cheney, Asa Hoffman. Absent: Trustees: None The Clerk co~enced the reading of the Minutes and each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of February Sth, 1948, further reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved on motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Deckert and carried. No. 3382 Declaring Stop Intersections In Re Return certified Check - J. 0.Sewer City 'C~erk Council Chambers Santa Aha City Hall February 19th, 1945. 7:30 P.M. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, communication from Chief of Police advising of resignation of Francis L. Pitts, patrolman, Police Dept. effective Feb. 8th, 194§, was received, filed and resignation accepted. . Communication from Harold Tost, Secy-Buslness Mgr. Santa Ana City Schools requesting that stop signs be placed at the intersection of Bush and Santa Clara and E1 Portal and at Santiago Ave. and Santa Clara, was read. On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Dixon and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Declaring Stop Intersections" establishing stop signs at the intersection of Bush and Santa Clara and E1 Portal and at Santiago Ave. and Sants Clara, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3382 and passedby the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Dale Go Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, Noes, Trustees Absent ,Trustees 0n~nmotion of Trustee Deckert, Otto R. Haan, W.J.Cheney, Asa Hoffman. None None seconded by Cheney and carried, the Clerk was authorized to return certified check of the Long Beach Iron Works, in the amount of $400.00 which accompanied bid covering installation of heater coils at the Joint Outfall Sewer, which work has been completed satisfactorily.,.
