Van Ness Street, <br />garage into an apartment/in an R-2 Zone, was approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried <br />the recon~nendation by Resolution, of the Planning Commis- <br />sion was concurred with and the application of E.C. Lukens <br />to install a stove, sink and drain board in a c~rage house <br />on end of lot to provide living quarte~s at 1005 W.
