On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried the recon~nendation by Resolution, of the Planning Commis- sion was concurred with and the application of E.C. Lukens to install a stove, sink and drain board in a c~rage house on end of lot to provide living quarte~s at 1005 W. Pine Street,in R-1 Zone, was approved.
