Cheney, <br /> Noes, Trustees None <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, <br /> <br />Eugene Dixon, <br />Asa Hoffman. <br /> <br />seconded by Deckert and car- <br /> <br />ried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance repealing Section llE of Ordinance No. <br /> 1023 and adding new Sections llE and llD of Ordinance <br /> No. 984" <br /> <br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for <br />second reading. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and carried, <br />the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Reselution authorizing execution of Agreement with <br /> Waste Water Disposal Company" <br /> <br />provided all other designated parties to said agreement <br />adopt like resolutions and also execute said agreement, <br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3387 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, V. Eugene Dixon, <br /> <br /> Otto R. Haan, W.
