Eldridge, as patrolman, effective <br />March 20th, 194§, was approved. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and <br />carried, com~unication from Chief of Police advising of <br />resignation of L.K. Stevenson, patrolman, effective <br />March 11, 1948, was received and filed. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and <br />carried, applications of Arthur Lloyd Johnson, Robert D. <br />Landrum, HUgh J. Staton, James A. St. Andre and E.D.Kaye~ <br />to drive taxicabs for the Broadway Cab Co. and applicati, <br />of Wm. B. Garneau to drive a bus for the Santa Ana Bus <br />Co., were granted and Clerk authorized to issue licenses <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Chancy and <br />carried, the report of the Building Dept. for Santa Aha <br />and City of Tustin for month of March; Judge's report <br />for March; report of Juvenile Bureau for March and <br />Police Dept. reports for months of Feb. March and April, <br />were received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Chancy and <br />carried, the monthly demands as audited by the Finance <br />Committee were approved and Clerk authorized to draw <br />warrants covering demands numbering 1880 to 2065 <br />inclusive. <br /> <br />Corsmunication from City Engineer recommending that the <br />Firestone loading zone on West First St. be extended <br /> <br />13 ft., was read and on motion of T~ustee Cheney, <br />seconded by Deckert and carried, the following Resolutio~ <br />ent it 1 ed: <br /> <br /> "Resolution Concerning Parking Limitations <br /> Under Ordinance No. 1030" <br /> <br />establishing a loa~ing zone on the south side of West <br />First Street between Main and Sycamore St., located as <br />follows: the East 13 feet of the West 63 feet, was read, <br />considered, designated Resolution No. 3390 and passed by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
