<br />The Committee reported that the bid of the Pathfinder
<br />Petroleum Company had been accepted as the lowest
<br />responsible bid submitted, covering the furnishing of
<br />75,500 gallons of gasoline for the year beginning April
<br />l, 1945, in the amount of $.124 and $.104.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and
<br />carried, the Council went on record as endorsing Bills
<br />AB 302, AB 378, SB 1052 and SB 183,588 now pending
<br />before the State Legislature and opposing Bills AB llO,
<br />285, 388, SB 899, AB 1152, AB 1504, Assembly Const.
<br />Amend. 9, AB 1347, AB 1674, SB 254, SB 372, SB 933,
<br />
<br />AB 2122 and AB 1730 and Mayor and Clerk instructed to
<br />forward such recommendations to Senator Thomas Kuchel,
<br />Assemblyman Sam Collins and Assemblyman Clyde Watson.
