Rogers & wife <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Change of Ownership <br /> <br />City Limousine Serv. <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />Naysr 5f ~e City of Santa Aha. <br /> <br />in the State Employees, Retirement System, was intro- <br />duced, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3395 <br /> <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, T~ustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br />Absent,Trustees <br /> <br />Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, <br />Otto R. Haan, Asa Hoffman <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />W.J.Cheney <br /> <br />Communication from City Engineer was read recommending <br />that grant deed of E.C.Rogers & June Rogers, covering an <br />easement for street purposes over a strip of land 30 <br />ft. in width for the west one-half of Towner St. <br />beginning at the south line of Tract No. 1057 and <br />extending southerly 538.60 ft. be accepted, provided <br />that Mr. Rogers have the sewer laterals installed to <br />his property, have curb and sidewalk constructed and <br />have asphaltic pavement constructed between the curb <br />line and the existing oiled surfacing. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Dixon and carried <br /> the Engineer was instructed to have Mr. Rogers sign an <br /> agreement, which is to be drawn by the City Attorney, <br /> covering the work as outlined. <br /> <br /> The Taxicab Committee recommended that change of owner- <br /> ship of City Limousine Service be transferred from <br /> Edwin Newman and Douglas Drobeck to Edwin Newman and <br /> Paul Musch. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Deckert and <br /> carried, the change of ownership in the City Limousine <br /> Service, was granted. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br /> carried, the City Council adjourned. <br /> <br /> Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
