Civil Service Board recommendin <br />that age limit of Policemen and Firemen, at the time of <br />appointment, shall not be less than twenty-one nor over <br />thirty-six years of age, and that such suggested change <br />be placed on the ballot at the Special City election to <br />be held July 24th, 194§, was read. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and <br />carried, communication was referred to the City Attorneyi <br />. <br /> <br />Communication from Richard 0.
