No. 3402 Accepting Deed E.C.Rogers & wife The recommendation by Resolution No. 43 of the Planning Commission was concurred in and the application of the Main and Washington Corp. Inc. to operate a parking lot in connection with grocer~y store located on the northwest corner of Washington and Main Sts. was approved. ,, The committee approved the request of the Laguna Beach- Santa ~na Stage Line for extension of loading zone in front of the C.S.O. building Just south of 1st St. on Main St. On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Deckert and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolutlon Concerning Parking Limitations Under Ordinance No. 1030" eliminating certain loading zones on the west side of Main St. between 1st and Walnut, described as follows: The south 4~ feet of the north 175 feet and the south 25 feet of the north 200 feetS was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3400 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, Otto R. Haan, W.J.Cheney, Asa Hoffman. Noes, Trustees None Absent, Trustees None On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Dixon and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Concerntng Parking Limitations Under Ordinance No. 1030" establishing a loading zone on the west side of So. Mai~ St. between First and Walnut Sts., located as follows: The southerly 73 feet of the Northerly 2BB feet, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3401 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, Otto R. Haan, W.J.Cheney, Asa Hoffman.
