Cheney, <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br /> <br />Absent, T~ustees <br /> <br />Asa Hoffman. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution Concerning Truc$ Routes Under <br /> Ordinance No. 1030" <br /> <br />declaring the following streets as truck routes: <br />Seventeenth Street commencing at the westerly botmdarie~ <br />of the City of Santa Ana, and continuing on said Seven- <br />teenth Street to the Easterly boundaries of the City of <br />Santa Ana; and Memory Lane commencing at the westerly <br />boundaries of the City of Santa Ana to the intersection <br />of Memory Lane and Flower Street and thereafter NortherZ <br />along Flower Street to Santa Ana Boulevard, was intro- <br />duced, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3403 <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Dale G. J. <br />Asa Hoffman. <br /> <br />Noes, T~ustees None <br />Absent,Trustees None <br /> <br />Eugene Dixon, <br />Cheney, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. llll <br /> Entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa <br /> Ana Providing for the Installation, Regulation <br /> and Control of the Use of Parking Meters", and <br /> Repealing Section 6a of Ordinance No. ll~9" <br /> <br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file <br />for second reading. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, appointment of members to fill expired terms <br />on Forestry Board, Planning Commission and Library <br />Board, was tabled until next meeting. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, Resolution authorizing Auditor to execute, on <br />behalf of the City, any necessary agreement relating t¢ <br />the furnishing of office space by the City of Santa Ana <br />for use of the local War Price and Ration Board, was <br />held over until next meeting. <br /> <br />This being the date set for opening of bids for City <br />printing for the fiscal year July 1st, 1945 to Juue <br /> <br /> <br />
