Grigsby to drive taxicabs for the <br />Broadway Cab Co., and application of B. P. Capps to <br />drive bus for the Santa Ana Bus Co., were granted and <br />Cler$ authorized to issue licenses. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br /> <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />was <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />"An Ordinance Granting to the Pacific Electric <br />Railway Company, its successors and assigns, <br />the right to construct, maintain and operate <br />double track standard gauge railroad tracks <br />across Fifth Street and on Fourth Street, <br />and two tracks across Second Street, and <br />repealing Ordinances Nos. 381 and 898 <br /> <br />read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1149 <br /> <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br />Absent,Trustees <br /> <br />Dale G.
