Coordimator with <br />authority to call on other cities for aid in case of <br />major disaster. <br />on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />c~rried, the City Attorney was instructed to prepare a <br />Resolution relative to the Mutual Aid Plan to be present~ <br />at the next meeting. <br /> <br />The City Attorney stated that numerous complaints had <br />been received regarding dogs ~-unning loose and suggested <br />that ~o_ Ordinance, such as is in effect in Los Angeles, <br />be ~dopted requiring that dogs be kept on a leash. <br /> <br />He stated that he would submit copies of Ordinance ~o <br />the Council for stu~]l~ and would confer with the Pound- <br />master as to workability of such Ordinar. ce. <br /> <br />The City ~ttorney cited instances in other cities where <br />Taxicab firms had been involved in expensive accident- <br />injury suits and sugge~ted that taxicab liability <br />insurance should be increased from the former sin?. of <br />$5,~00 to .~10,000 to ~$0,000 to :~100,000. <br /> <br />d <br /> <br /> <br />
