RESOLUTION NO. 55-76 ACCEPTING EASE&{ENT DEED WHEREAS, MINNIE M. MILD has presented to the City Council an ease- ment deed, dated March 8~ 1955~ conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange~ State of California~ described as: Parcel 1. A strip of land 30.00 feet in width, the center line of said strip being described as follows: Beginning at a point on the center line of Bristol Street, 80.00 feet in width, as described in deed to Orange County recorded June lst~ 1949 in Book 1851, page 303 of Official Records distant South 0° 53' 3~" West 1373.00 feet from the Southeast corner of Section 23, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, S. B. B. & M., as said Southeast corner is shown on a Map filed in Book 27~ page 35 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County~ California; thence South 89© 22' !0" East 414.93 feet to the beginning of a tan- gent curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of 430.00 feet~ thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 5l° 57' 55" a distance of 390.00 feet to a radial line of said curve that bears South 5l° 20' 05" East~ thence South 51© 20' 05'~ East 99.18 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 240.00 feet and a central angle of 38° 02' 05": thence Southeasterly along said curve a distance of 159.32 feet; thence tangent to said curve South 89° 22' 10" East 295.28 feet~ said point being Station Parcel 2. A strip of land 30.00 feet in width, the South line of said strip being described as follows: Beginning at Station "A" of Parcel 1 above described; thence South 89© 22' 10" East 13~8.00 feet to the West line of the Orange County Flood Control District as shown on a map filed in Book 28, page 37 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County~ California. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County~ California.
