On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the minutes of the Executive Board of the Joint 0utfall Sewer held at Anaheim, June 6, 1946 were read and matter of salary increases was referred to Chairman of the Board to secure more at the next meeting. On motion of Trustee Dixon, information and report back seconded by Deckert and carried, the minutes of the Executive Board of the Joint 0utfall Sewer held at Anaheim, July 10th, 1946 were read and request of Joint 0utfall Sewer Board that Ewald Lemcke be permitted to accept part time employment with the County Board so long as such employment does not interfere with the operation of the Joint 0utfall Sewer, was approved. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to execute Notice of Renewal of Lease W 868-eng-4057 between the United States of America and the City of Santa Ana, for the period July l, 1946 and ending June 30, 1947, on temporary barracks located on Army Headquarter~ property on West Eighth Street, and Notice of Renewal of Lease ~'t S09-eng-1709 for rental period July lst,194~ to June 30th, 1~ inclusive on Army Headquarters property on West Eighth Street. On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and carried, request L.A. ~est, Pres. of Board of Trustees of Spurgeon Memorial Methodist Church, located at corner of Church and Broadway, for a loading zone to be est- ablished at the first parking space south of the fire hydrant numbered V7 on the east side of Broadway, was referred to the Street Superintendent and Street Co~nissioner for investigation and report back at the next meeting. On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Haan and carried, PoliSe report for the month of June, 1946, was received and filed.
