<br /> Californt-~, Ord~fnff, Ceiling, Providing
<br /> far and Givin~ Notice of a Special Election
<br /> to be held in said City on Tuesday, November
<br /> 5, 1946, for the purpose of submitting to
<br /> the qualified voters of said ~,ity a prop-
<br /> osition to incur bonded indebtedness by
<br /> said City for a certain mnnicipal improve-
<br /> ment and consol~dating said election with
<br /> the f;ener~l State Election to be held
<br /> November 5, 1946,

<br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for
<br />second reading.

<br />On motion of Trustee ~eckert, seconded by Oheney and
<br />carried, the following Resolution was adooted:

<br />Be it resolved that the Board of Supervisors of the
<br />ao~mty of Oranf~e be and they are hereby requested to
<br />consolidate the special elections called or to be called
<br />by the City Council for ~Iovember 5th, ].946, with the
<br />qeneral elections of that date, to-wit, the Santa Ana
<br />Charter proposition, the Recreation Commission propositio~
<br />the Park Bomd proposition and the Employees' Retirement
<br />propos it ion.

<br />Re it further resolved that the City Clerk inform the
<br />Board of Supervisors of this action, and file with them
<br />certified cop~es of the resolutions or ordinances callir,g
<br />
<br />said elections.
