<br />Place and all traffic on St. Andrews Place shall stop
<br />before entering the intersection; and at the intersect-
<br />ion of Standard Avenue and St. Gertrude Place, and all
<br />traffic on St. Gei~trude Place shall stop before enterin
<br />the intersection, was introduced, rea~, considered,
<br />designated Resolution No. 3498 and passed by the follow-
<br />

<br /> over a strip of land of sufficient width, the
<br /> center line of which begins at a polut BO feet East
<br /> and 48 feet North of the Southwest corner of Lot
<br /> Four, Block 18; thence East parallel to East 4th
<br /> St. 28 feet, as granted in the deed from C.F.
<br /> Billings to the City of Santa Ana, recorded Jan.

<br />250 feet south of the south line of W. 17th St., was
<br />read and action of the Planning Commission was approved.

<br />On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Haan and
<br />carried, communication and Resolution No. 92 granting
<br />variance permitting beauty parlor in the residence of
<br />Mrs. Donald Bush, at 812 Normandy Place, for a period
<br />of not over two years, was read and action of the Plann-
<br />ing Commission was approved.
