261 On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and carried, the City Council adJourned.~2~ ~ City Clerk City Council met for a special m~eting for the purpose of entering into Supplemental Agreement No. i Lease No. W 888-eng-4057 and Lease No. W-809-eng-l?09 relinquishing certain buildings at Headquarters on West Eighth Street, Santa Aha. Meeting called to order by Mayor Hell,nan. Present: Trustees ~. Eugene Dixon, Otto R. Haan, W. J. Cheney, Asa HofDman. Absent: Trustee Dale O. Deckert. In He Supplemental Agreement Relinquishing Bldgs. Headquarters--~. 8th ~t. City Council met in regular session. Meeting called to order by the ClerE. Present: Trustees Otto R. Haan, W. Eugene Dixon, Dale G. Deckert, W.J.Cheney Absent: Trustees Asa HofDman On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, Trustee Haan was appointed Mayor Pro Tem in the absence o£ Mayor Hoffman. Council Chamber Santa Aha City Hall. September 6th, 1946. 10:30 A.M The Clerk cormmenced the reading of the Minutes and each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of Sept. Jrd and Sept. 6th, 1946, further reading o£ the Minutes was dispensed with and approved on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried. On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and car- ried, the Mayor and City Clerk were authorized ~o sign Supplemental Agreement No. i Lease No. W 868-eng-405~ and Lease No. W 509-eng-1709 whereby the United States of America relinquishes certain buildings at the Headquarter on West Eighth Street, Santa Ana, California.
