Beutel <br />located on North Flower Street, between 15th and 17th <br />Streets and turn over to the City Attorney to prepare <br />Resolution to start eondemnation~~ p~ceedings on this <br />property; Attorney instructed to present Resolution at <br />the next meeting. <br /> <br />C.A.McCullough appeared before the Council requesting <br />that an actuary report be made for the purpose of placin <br />on the November ballot a proposition covering a pension <br />plan for City Employees under the State Employees' <br />Retirement System. <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, an actuary report was ordered requested from <br />the Board of Administration of the State Employeesf <br />Retirement System. <br /> <br /> <br />
