305 In Re Resol. No. 3528 Execution of Deed to Oil & Gas rights Eugene Griset & Lula Griset In Re Request Mrs. B.G.Parks On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution authorizing execution of deed to oil and gas rights" of strip of land 20 fe~t wide, formerly deeded by Eugene Grfset and Lula Oriset for sewer purposes and author- izing the Mayor and Clerk to execute a grant deed to said parties for all oil and gas rights, was introduced read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3528 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Otto R. Haan, W. Eugene Dixon, W.J.Cheney, Asa Hoffman Noes, Trustees None Abeent, Trustees Dale G. Deckert On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Dixon and carried,~deeds covered by Resolutions Nos. 552V aud 35: ,,were ordered delivered to Orange County Title Company. On recom~nendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Haan and carried, the request of Mrs. Bruce G. Parks, 819 W. 4th St. that a flash 'on and off' light be installed at the stop sign on the north side of Flower and 4th St. intersection, was denied. APPROVED Mayoi~ of t~CIt~ of Santa Ana. On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and carried, the City Council adjourned. City Cler~ City Council met for a special meeting for the purpose of acceptance by the City of Santa Ana of statements of partial completion by contractor on Project No. CAL.-5-4582 pertaining to the Federal Housing at ll04 West Eighth Street, Santa Aha, and for the purpose of considering and acting upon what should be done concerning the M.H.~ittier Co. lease and Government Lease of the Air Corps Replacement Center. Meeting called to order by Mayor Hoffman. Present: Trustees W. Eugene Dixon, Dale G. Deckert, W.J.Cheney, Asa Hoffman. Absent: Trustees Otto R.
