No. 3535 Execution of Deed to Oil & Gas Rights A.J.Gisler & wife .In Re Petition "Resolution Concerning Parking Limitations Under Ordinance No. 1030" abandoning twenty minute parking zone on the east side of Broadway between Church and Tenth Streets, the north 16.8 feet of the south 1V7.8 feet, and establishing a twenty minute parking zone on the east side of Broadway between Church and Tenth Streets, located as follows; the north 17 feet of the south 144 feet, and establish- ing a no parking zone on the east side of Broadway between Church and Tenth Streets, located as follows; the north 34 feet of the south 178 feet, was introduced, read, considered, designsted Resolution No. 3533 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Otto R. Haan, W. Eugene Dixon, Dale G. Deckert, W. J. Cheney, Asa Hoffman. Noes, Trustees None Absent, Trustees None On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution authorizing execution of deed to oil and gas rights" a strip of land 20 feet in width, formerly deeded by A.J. Gisler and Nary A. Gisler for sewer purposes and aut~orizing the ~ayor and Clerk to execute a grant deed to said parties for all oil and gas ri?~ts, was intro- duced, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3534 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Otto R. Haan, W. Eugene Dixon, Dale G. Deckert, W. J. Cheney, Asa Hoffman Noes, Trustees None Absent, Trustees None On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution authorizing execution of deed to oil and gas rights" a strip of land 20 feet in width, formerly deeded by A.J.Gisler and Mary A. Gisler for~wer purposes and authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute a grant deed to said parties for all oil and gas rights, was intro- duced, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3535 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Otto R.
