Deckert, Otto R. Haan, <br />W.J.Cheney, Asa Hoffman. <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees None <br /> <br />Absent,Trustees W. Eugene Dixon <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to prepare the necessa <br /> <br />polling places and election boards and that such polling <br /> <br />places be open from ?:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., April 9, 194 <br />for Special Bond Election. <br /> <br />Petition for annexation of property southeast of the <br />City limits of Santa Ana having been referred to the <br />Planning Commission for investigation, same was referred <br />back to the Council by the Cormmission with the statement <br />that buildings and public improvements in the territory <br />proposed to be annexed are of the same structure and <br />design as buildings in the vicinity. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and <br />carried, the following Resolx~ion entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution Authorizing Execution of Contract <br /> on Behalf of City of Santa Ana with the <br /> National Housing Agency Federal Public Housing <br /> Authority" <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3441 <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees <br /> <br />Dale G.
