Tucker 1074 175 On recommendation of the Mayor and on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, the Auditor w~s directed to request Department Heads to submit their Budget for 1946-1947 by May lSth, 1946. On recommendation of the Mayor and on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, permission was granted the Assistance League to use the Headquarters' Building and Officer's Quarters on W. 8th St., for the Annual Orange County Horse Show and Fair on Jun®.lTth, ~h~ough June ~3rd, 1946. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, comittee appointed to report on agreement of Dr. C.E.Price and Sons for purchase of garbage from the City of Santa Aha, was granted more time. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance Amending Zoning Ordinance No. 10?~" and that Sheet No. 14 of the Districting Map of the City of Santa Aha be amended to reclassify as R-3 all property now classified as R-1 and lying within the exterior boundary lines of the property described as follows: All of Lot Four (4) of Block "B" of Geopper~s Addition to the City of Santa Ana; said property is located on the northerly side of Nineteenth Street between North Broadway and Victoria Drive; in accordance with application of A.A. Crawford, was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. ll60 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, Otto R. Haan, Asa Hoffman Noes, Trustees None Absent,Trustees W.J.Cheney On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance Amending Zoning Ordinance No. 107~" and that Sheet No. 18 of the Districting Map of the Cit of Santa Ana be amended to reclassify the following property, to-wit: 8.28 acres, lying between Patton Street on the East and Flower Street on the West, Fifteenth Street on the South and Sevent0enth Street on the North, excepting the North 160 feet thereof. The North fifty feet thereof to be reclassified as C-1 and the balance of said property to be reclassified R-3; in accordance with application of James B. Tucker, was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. ll61 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, Otto R. Haan, Asa Hoftman
