In Re Request J.G.Geiger Loading Zone In Re Patrol Service L. M. Guyon Permit APPROVED: Co~ication from J.G.Geiger requesting that a loading zone be established at 1522 South Main St., and stating that a cross-walk is needed at this intersection, was read. On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Deckert and carried, request was referred to City Engineer to report back at the next meeting. On reco~endation of the Business Men's Association and report of City Attorney, and on motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and ca~ied, request of L. M. Guyon for a permit to operate a patrol se~ice in S~ta Ana, was denied ~d Clerk authorized to retu~ application fee in the ~o~t of $20.00. On moti~ of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and carried, the City Council adjourned to Tuesday, April l~, 1946, ~ 7:30 P.N. City Clerk City Council met in regular adjourned session. Sturges, dba Rainbow Cab Co. was granted permission to operate taxicab stand at 215 North Sycamore Street. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, Resolution Accepting Deed from Dale S. Umphry and Margaret Ump~ry ~overing the following described property: Beginning at the southwest coEGer of Lot 15 in Block "B" of Tract No. 687, as shown on a map of said tract recorded in Book 20, at page 24 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County~ California, and running thence South 89° 58' 15" West 8.98 feet; thence South 0° AY' 18" West 80 feet; thence North 89° 58' 1S" East 8.09 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 28, in Block "A" of said Tract No. 887; thence Nor~ erly in a straight line 80 feet to the point of beginning; was introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 5454 and passed by the following vote:
