A. Ragan that three trees be <br />removed from in front of his property at 1510-12 Bush <br />St., and that one ornamental tree be planted, was <br />referred to the Park Superintendent. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and <br /> <br />carried, the report of the Building Inspector for April <br />Judge~s report for April and Juvenile Bureau reports fo: <br /> <br />January, February and March, 1946, were received and <br /> <br />filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, <br />carried, the monthly demands <br /> <br /> seconded by Cheney and <br /> Committee <br />as audited by the Finance/ <br /> <br />were approved and Clerk authorized to draw warrants' <br />covering demands numbering 9309 to 2605 inclusive. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, application of H.A.Bradley to conduct the <br />business of dealing in motor vehicles at 907 East First <br />St., was held over for thirty days and Clerk authorized <br />to advertise in accordance with automobile dealer's <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Decke~t, seconded by Haan and <br />carried, request of Herbert L. Miller, I~nc. for a 35 ft. <br />driveway on the west side of Spurgeon St. between 2nd <br />and 3rd Sts., directly back of their present location <br />at 909-211 Bush St., was referred to the City Engineer <br />and Street Commissioner to report back at the next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and <br />carried, application of Gilbert F. Wagner for a patrol <br />service permit to cover the entire City was referred to <br />Trustees Dixon and Cheney and City Attorney to investig~ <br />and report back at the next meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded b~ Haan and <br />carried, application of L.M.Guyon for a patrol service <br />permit was referred to Trustees Dixon and Cheney and <br />City Attorney t o investigate and report back at the <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Water Superintendent and on <br />motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Deckert and carried <br />the Clerk was authorized to advertise for ~000 feet <br />of cast iron water pipe and 500 bronze water meters. <br /> <br /> <br />
