i~ESOLUTION NO. ~-lO1 ACCEPTING GRANT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MATIE ROLLING, as to an undivided one-half interest, and <br />EVA JOHNSON, as to an undivided one-half interest, have presented to the <br />City Council a deed, dated March 15th, 1955, conveying an easement for the <br />purpose of constructing, repairing, reconstructing and maintaining a public <br />sidewalk and waters sewer, gas, telephone and electricity pipes, lines, cables <br />and conduits~ in, over and across the Westerly 5 feet of the real property in <br />the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of Main and Bishop Streets, <br />running thence East along the South line of Bishop Street 168 <br />feet, more or less, to a point 150 feet West from the South- <br />west corner of Bishop Street and Cypress Avenue; thence South <br />50 feet; thence West 168 feet, more or less, to the East line of <br />Main Street and thence North along the East line of Main Street <br />50 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />deed and <br />recorded <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said <br />the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be <br />with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASS~)ANDADOP~i~by the City Council of the City of Santa Anaat its <br />regular meeting held on the 4th day of April , 1955. <br /> <br />CLERK OF TEE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STAT OF CAL FORN- ) <br />COUNTY OF Om%N E ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />I, ERMA ~RR~RR, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced to <br />said Council at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of April , <br />1955, and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES~ COUNCILMEN: William Jerome, J.
