RESOLUTION NO. ~-103 DECLARING INTENTION TO MAKE AN <br />AGRE~ WITH THE SANTA ANA BOARD OF EDUCATION FOR THE <br />JOINT CONSTRUCTION~ USE AND MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY. <br /> <br /> WNEREAS~ THE City of Santa Aha and the Santa Ana School Districts h~ve <br />acquired parcels of contiguous real property which, in the interest of econon%y, <br />should be integrated in ~nagement, use and maintenance. <br /> <br /> NOW~ T~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha hereby declares its intention to enter into an agreement or agreements <br />with the Santa Ana Board of Education determining and fixing all matters relating <br />to the joint construction, use, management, maintenance and operation of the play- <br />ground areas, toilet facilities, park areas and other parts of said contiguous <br />parcels of real property. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the ~th day of April , 1955. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CI~ERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMAKEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced to <br />said Council at its regular meeting held on the hth day of A.pril , <br />1955, and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: William Jerome, J.
