P~E$OLUTION NO. ~-lll AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HERETOFORE, the City of Santa Ana sold certain properties <br />along First Street and reserved therefrom a parcel on the South side of First <br />Street, which was then necessary for storm drain purposes, and <br /> <br /> WM~.REAS, due to the installation of an underground storm drain, a <br />portion of said land so reserved is no longer necessary for City purposes; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of <br />the Council are hereby directed to execute and deliver to Catherine H.
