Cheney, Courtney R. Chandler, <br /> Allen A. Mandy, Virgil H. Reed, <br /> R. Carson Smith. <br /> <br />Noes, <br /> <br />Absent, <br /> <br />Trustees None <br /> <br />Trustees None <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and <br />carried, communication and Resolution No. 142 of the <br />Planning Commission denying variance to establish a rest <br />home in residence at 2015 North Broadway, in accordance <br />with application of Lt. Col. and Mrs. L.E. Bretzke, were <br />approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and <br />carried, communication and Resolution No. 143 of the <br />Planning Commission granting variance to permit remodeling <br />and enlarging of existing hospital on land now owned by <br />Santa Ana Community Hospital Association, providing that <br />a minimum set-back of l0 feet be maintained along the <br />Washington Avenue frontage, in accordance with application <br />of Santa Ana Community Hospital Association, were <br />approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Chandler and <br />carried, communication and Resolution No. 144 of the <br />Planning Commission granting variance to permit the <br />conversion of a single family residence on the southwest <br />corner of Bishop and Cypress Streets into a duplex, <br />although the lot has an area of less than 6000 sq. ft., <br />providing that garage space for one car for each unit be <br />maintained on the lot, in accordance with application of <br />Miss Ruth Bradley, 702 Cypress St.,were approved. <br /> <br /> <br />
