<br />On recommendation of the committee and on motion of
<br />Trustee Cheney, seconded by Chandler and carried, the
<br />bid of Sully-Miller Contracting Co., in the amount of
<br />$12,513.90, covering the improvement of McFadden St.
<br />from Halladay to McClay Street, was accepted and Clerk
<br />instructed to return certified checks or bidder's bonds
<br />to unsuccessful bidders.
<br />
<br />On recommendation of the committee and on motion of
<br />Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the
<br />bid of Sully-Miller Contracting Co., in the amount of
<br />$12,186.00, covering the improvement of South Main St.,
<br />from Hobart to First Street, was accepted and Clerk
<br />instructed to return certified checks or bidder's bonds
<br />to unsuccessful bidders.

<br />On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Cheney and
<br />carried, the following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution authorizing and directing the
<br /> City Clerk to advertise for bids for the
<br /> improvement of Bristol Street, from
<br /> Seventeenth Street to Garden Grove Blvd.,'
<br /> in the City of Santa Ana, and Fixing the
<br /> prevailing wage rate"

<br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3595
<br />and passed by the following vote:
