<br /> of Los Angeles County, California, lying easterly
<br /> of the east line of that certain County Road, of
<br /> variable width, known as and called Santa Aha
<br /> Road, and westerly of that certain strip of land,
<br /> approximately 68 feet in width, conveyed to the
<br /> Santa Aaa Railroad by deed dated May §, 1591,
<br /> and recorded in Book 78, page 97, Deeds, Records
<br /> of Orange County,
<br />which said lease contains an option to the City of
<br />
<br />Santa Aha to purchase the said property above described
<br />
<br />for the sum of $206,000.00, was read, considered,
<br />
<br />designated Resolution No. 3623 and passed by the follow.

<br />executed by the Mayor of the City of S~nta Aha and
<br />
<br />deliver to the War Assets Administration the Notice of
<br />
<br />Assignment of Option, was read, considered, designated
<br />
<br />Resolution No. 3624 and passed by the following vote:

<br />Contractor, was accepted, as completed, covering con-
<br />struction of booster pumping plant and sludge digestion
<br />tank, Section 1, Joint 0utfall Sewer.

<br />.Onmotfon of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Reed and carried
<br />copy of communication from Civil Service Board, addmesse
<br />to William J. Brow, dated Dec. 5, 1947, advising that
<br />leave of absence was granted for a period not to exceed
<br />six months, effective Sept. 6, 1947 and expiring March
<br />6, 194S, was received and filed.
