On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 939 entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha, accepting the real property and trust estate offered to the City of Santa Aha, under the terms and conditions provided for in that certain trust agreement dated the 28th day of May, 1924, executed by C.W.Bowers and Ada A. Bowers, his wife, as Trustors and the First National Bank of Santa Aha, as Trustee; creating a Board of Museum Trustees and prescribing their duties and powers; and authorizing the employment of an architect to prepare plans and spec- ifications for the building to be constructed under the terms of said trust agreement." was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1194 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Otto R.
