Hicks, dba Zanzabar Cafe, 1~2~ W. 4th St., <br />were received and filed. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deokert and <br /> <br />ca, tied, applications of Harry R. Bolen, C.M.Christensen, <br />.Pleasant B. Lee, Leland J, Shepard, Duncan Edgar Long, <br /> <br />Jr., and Daniel F.
