<br />to the City of Santa Aha by L.D.Carter and Susan Carter
<br />his wife, covering the following described property=

<br /> [ strip of land 5 feet wide on each side of the
<br /> surveyed center line of Ross Street extended from
<br /> the South line of Tract No. 531, as shown on a
<br /> map recorded in Book 18, at page 23, of Miscellaneou
<br /> Maps, records of said Orange County, to the
<br /> surveyed center line of Birch Street at the North
<br /> line of Tract No. 289, as shown on a map recorded
<br /> in Book 14, at page 8, of Miscellaneous Maps,
<br /> records of said Orange County.

<br />carried, a Resolution authorizing execution of quitclaim
<br />deed covering right of way for s~nit~ry sewers to
<br />Commercial Properties, Inc., a Corporation, dedicated to
<br />the City of Santa Aha by L.D.Carter and Susan Carter,
<br />was introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution
<br />No. 3560 and passed by the following vote:

<br />amount of $10,000.00, were approved and Clerk authorized
<br />to sign map of said Tract.
