Chestnut St., in accordance with application of <br />Ward B. Kistler,wsre approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, co~uunlcation and Resolution No. 136 of the <br /> <br /> Planning Commission granting variance to permit a <br />wholesale plumbing and heating business at 615 East <br />Washington Avenue and new buildings in connection with <br />such business, provided a five foot set-back from preset <br />north line of W. Washington Avenue is maintained and <br />that off-street parking for employees' cars, as well as <br />off-street loading and unloading is provided and main- <br />tained, in accordance with application of Mission Pipe <br />and Supply Co., and Etta P. Chilson, were approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, communication and Resolution No. 138 of the <br />Planning Con~nission granting variance to erect a build- <br />ing for use as a body and fender repair shop, paint <br />shop, and also accessory buildings in connection there- <br />with at 1322 Santiago Avenue, provided no building is <br />within 25 feet of the we~t line of Santiago Ave. nor <br />within l0 feet of applicant's north line, and that all <br />fumes be exhausted to the south from the south side of <br />the proposed building, in accordance with application <br />of C.B.Knickerbockers, Inc.,were approved. <br /> <br />This being the date set for public hearing to amend the <br />Zoning Ordinance by reclassifying Lots 9 and 10, Tract <br />No. ll91, from H-1 to the "C" D~strict for the purpose <br />of creating a shopping center, and to have Lots ll, 12, <br />and 18, of said tract reclassified from R-1 to H-2 for <br />the purpose of establishing a church, in accordance <br />with application of Glenn Bailey, and no written or oral <br />protests having been received, on motion of Trustee <br /> <br /> <br />
