Carson Smith. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Chandler and <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance setting aside, reserving <br /> and dedicating certain property as a <br /> public park" <br /> <br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for <br />second reading. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Consultant and on <br />motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the City Attorney was instructed to prepare <br />resolution abandoning an alleyway located between the <br />property described as French St. Tract, Lot,l, Block <br />and French St. Tract, west 40 ft. Lot 2, B~ock 3. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the committee and on motion of <br />Trustee Mandy, seconded by Cheney and carried, request <br />of Concha Maciel to conduct public dances at 407 East <br />Central Ave., on Friday nights, was granted and Clerk <br />instructed to advise Miss Maciel that Sunday dancing is <br />prohibited by Ordinance. <br /> <br />S <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and <br />carried, the City Council adJourned.~~ <br /> <br /> City Cfer~ <br /> <br /> <br />
