RESOLUTION NO. ~-121 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ANTONEBORCHARD and ANNA A. BORCHARD, husband and wife, <br />have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated April 5, 1955, convey- <br />ing property in the City of SautaAna, County of Orange, State of California, <br />described as: <br /> <br /> A portion of the Kuffel and Fletcher Tract as shown on a Map re- <br />corded in Book 19, page 48 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles <br />County, California, described as follows: <br /> <br />The South half of a parcel of land described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point in the South line of said Kuffel and <br />Fletcher Tract, said point being distant North 87° 44' 45" East <br />2455.12 feet from the intersection of the center lines of Old <br />Newport Road and Delhi Road, as shown on a Map filed in Book 7, <br />page 9 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder <br />of Orange County, California, said point being the most Southerly <br />corner of a certain parcel of land described in the deed recorded <br />November 27th, 1936 in Book 849, page 477, of Official Records; <br />thence Northl° 00' 20" West, along the East line of said parcel of <br />land, 1067.44 feet to the Northeast corner thereof; thence South <br />88° 48' 20" West 547.19 feet to a point; thence South 1° 00' 20" <br />East 1077.56 feet to a point in the South line of said Kuffel and <br />Fletcher Tract; thence North 87° 44' 45" East 547.31 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts <br />said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed <br />to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED ANDADOPTEDby the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at <br />its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of ~a~ , 1955. <br /> <br />A~i-fEST: ~ <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I~ ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced to <br />said Council at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of ~ay , <br />1955, and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />NOES~ <br /> <br />COUNCIIREN: Dale H.
