4. That the portion of Harbor Road extending into the property <br />to be acquired by the Byron Jackson Co., and bordered on both sides <br />by Byron Jackson ownership, will be vacated by the City of Santa <br />Ana when title has been perfected in the Byron Jackson Co. and the <br />City has received notice that the Byron Jackson Co. is ready to <br />proceed with building on said property. <br /> <br /> 5.
